I am looking to upgrade my system soon to an Athlon64 platform. With that, I am looking at getting either a MSI K8N Neo4-F or an EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra. What the plan was originally was to simply get the new proc, mobo, and keep my existing memory until I could cough up some additional cash for an upgrade later. Would either of these boards reject this memory for any reason?

BTW, I'm not much of an overclocker anymore, so that aspect doesn't really affect me much.
