Memory Question

OK I have somewhat of a problem here. I'm building myself a system for college and I am not quite sure what type of memory is the best. Here are my system specs:

ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+
eVGA GeForce 7800 GTX

So my question is: What type of memory will be the best for me. I am trying to stay under $200 in price range. I want 1GB(2X512). I originally went with the OCZ EL Platinum Revision 2 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered Dual Channel Kit. I read that this was really good memory for its price but no OCZ memory is found on the QVL of my mobo (http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket939/a8nsli-d/overview.htm# ).

So any suggestions as to what type of memory would be best? Thank You ahead of time.
