just got a new mushkin pc3200 2x512MB level 1 matched kit. it is in a foxconn i865pe based m/b with a 2.8c. when running @ 400MHz one stick gives me about 400 errors in about 2-3minutes where the other one is fine. when running @ 333MHz, it runs fine. i am assuming the one stick is bad, but could it be something else?
 
I'm assuming that you have this ram. Make sure your timings are 2-3-2. You could try increasing the memory voltage to around 2.75V, but if it still doesn't work, RMA.
