I saw some memory modules have labeled "Dual Channel" while some do not. Is that mean DDR without "Dual Channel" labeled are single channel? Or DDR also means Dual Channel DDR??

even though they are not listed, they can still be used for dual channel if the motherboard is capable of it and you have atleast 2 sticks of ram.
 
With Dual Channel labeled, confirms that the ram have been tested by the manufacturer to run without problems.

but that does not mean that RAMs without that label can't. High chances is that they run as well too.
