Memory question for my KR7A Raid...HELP!!

I purchased a KR7A Raid to use along with my 1.4 AYHJA. I also purchased a 512mb stick of Samsung PC2700 as I was told to get some good memory to use with this board. After going to viahardware.com, I saw where I may have some problems with certain types of memory.
Is anyone running this board with a 512mb stick of Samsung PC2700 memory (or a 512mb stick of any memory?)?
Would I be better off with 2-256mb sticks? I presently have 2-256mb sticks of "Compuwiz" memory that I purchased last year.
Comments? Suggestions?

You are almost allways better off with one stick. Looks like a good match to me, just make sure the bios is set to CAS 2.5 If the PC won;t boot the first time, set the motherboard jumper to bus 100 speed, boot, change the bios to CAS 2.5, and change the jumper back to 133. A-bit likes to default the memory timings to 2, but most all memory at PC2700 is only CAS 2.5.
