Memory Question - Crucial vs Corsair DDR

Getting the ABit KG7-RAID to run a Win2K box and am torn between Crucial or Corsair RAM. I know either will work well, but I've never used Corsair and wanted some opinions. I'll either be getting 1 Gig of Crucial PC2100 ECC Registered Cas2.5 DDRAM (they don't have Cas2) or 512 MB of Corsair PC2400 Non-ECC, Non Registered CAS2 DDRAM. Any thoughts which is the best route to go? And yes, I plan on overclocking the snot out of the 1.4 TBird chip so memory is a consideration.
