Memory problems

I installed a 256MB stick of crucial PC2100 but it's reporting as 128MB. Just tried memtest and it reports that there are no errors but it doesn't really matter to me since memtest also reports that I have 128mb of RAM installed.

Do you think that it's a BIOS problem or memory problem and what should I do? The board is a Dragon+. I was using the stick on the board prior to installing a XP1500+ with no problems. I think I may have scratched the module with a screw driver when removing my hsf but I'm not too sure if that could be the problem.

It has to be the memory because I just put the Duron back in and it's still reporting that I have 128mb installed. I guess I'll try Crucial and see if they'll refund me a new stick.
