Memory Problems w/ Leadtek K7ncr18d mobo

Hi all,
I've been having this problem for a while now. I would LOVE to get it sovled without buying more ram. I have 1:Kingston 256mb pc2700 module, 1: Kingston 512mb pc2700 module, and 1:Samsung 256mn pc2700 module. Any combination of the two gives me stable memtest and prime95 results but when I have them all in my board, both memtest and prime95 freeze. Memtest normally freezes within the first 25 mins and prime95 somewhere between 3-6 hrs. My games all freeze after some time, normally within the hour. I've upped vmem to 2.7(highest it will go) and relaxed timings, but nothing seems to help. Ive tried running the memory at 266mhz(in sync with processor) and 333mhz and still no go. Ive even RMA'ed my motherboard. I dont know what to do.
Thanks a lot
Grimmett

My Specs:
Antec 430 True Power
Athlon XP 2100
Ram mentioned above
Chaintech A-fx71 Geforce 5600 Ultra

Flash to the latest bios. If that doesnt work, then those three sticks are probably not compatible with one another in that board.

Thanks John,
The bios is already flashed. I think you are probably right. I supposed I should either get a Kingston 256 or 512. I shouldnt have any problems with I use all Kingston ram, right?

I remember you asking this one way back now that I think about it. I believe I said a new motherboard wouldnt help. You could easily sell two of the 256's and pick up one 512. That would seem like the best option.

Thanks John
I remember u mentioning that. I decided to ask a Leadtek Tech about it to make sure so I would know for sure if the memory was compatible or not. HE told me the memory should work, but it didnt, so thats why I RMAd. I should've just listened to you instead of the peeps that made my board. LOL

I've only seen problems with this and other nForce boards when the CPU and RAM had differing bus speeds. If CPU is 266MHz, make sure RAM is set to the same.

Make sure you run MemTest86.
