Memory Problem

Hi,

I finished my new pc a while ago, and I can't seem to have the Dual Channel working.
I have the memory modules in the right place 100% by-the-book (locked at it like 10 times, and even with someone with much more exprience then me, and we couldn't get it to work), we tried other slot configurations just to be sure: Nothing.

You can see all my hardware in my signature.

Mainly for this point it's a MSI Neo2 Platinum and a 1024 (2x512) kit of Crosair 4000PRO (500mhz).

I even tried changing the voltage and the speed, nothing helped.
The memory is running at 200mhz now, I set in the BIOS, when i set the clock speed on the memory to "AUTO" it runs at 166mhz (??).

I hope someone can help.
Thanks.

Try putting your RAM in the slots 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 that will give you DDR400 and Dual Channel. I know that book says always put your memory in the green slots first, but it's not dual channel and it's not DDR400, it's DDR333. Maybe I'm doing something wrong..? It appears to work though.
Anyone else care to comment on this?
Thanks.

I tried the 1+2 and the 3+4 , it didn't work, but i'll try again...

Man this is a pain to take the memories out, I have the Thermalright SP-90, it's covering both slot 1+2, so if i want to take modules out it's a pain.
