Memory prices?

I know this stuff is pretty unpredictable, but does anybody know or suspect if memory prices will go any lower? I'm guessing that since PC sales are down there's a bit of a glut in the market. Would memory makers decrease production and cause an increase in prices? I'm just wondering cuz I'm debating whether I should buy/unload memory.
