Memory Prices in Tokyo going down.

not just tokyo ...even in canada the price of the ram is lower comparing to a month ago. The price from 260 cdn drop to 235 cdn, hopefully the price will drop even lower ....200cdn will be great.
 
The price of DRAM from wholesale distributors in Toronto has been dropping for 2 consecutive weeks now.
 
Sweet, maybe there will be some free after rebate PC2700 memory at BB or Staples or CC or something soon....

I have 512 samsung on samsung right now, but I want MORE! 🙂
 
That was fast, I wonder why prices are droping so fast this time. Last time we saw a price increase, it took MONTHS to go down.
 
The exchange rate is around 120 yen to a dollar (minus 1 - 2 yen for TTB).

- PC2100 512MB (CL2.5) is about $98.
- PC2100 512MB (CL2.0) is about $110.
- PC2700 512MB (CL2.5) is about $110.
- PC3200 512MB (CL2.5) is about $160.

I go to Japan every 1 1/2 months lately for business, so I pick up things there when they have better prices.

I am picking up this Sony camera next time I go there in end of this month.
