Memory Overclocking

Im purchasing a system with an EPoX 8KHA+ board and 512mb Crucial PC2100 DDR CL2.5 on Monday. Even though I dont plan to overclock it the moment its up and running, Id like to know "how" to overclock so when I need to or want to I can.

Preferably Id like to know how to up the CL to 2 and would that be classed as overclocking?

Any info on Memory Overclocking is welcome.

just change the cas setting in bios.

I've got the same mobo, you can set the memory settings to turbo, the cas to 2, and enable 4way interleaving. Other than upping your fsb, that's pretty much it for doing the basics.
