Memory, overclocking, and lifespan

Does overclocking memory reduce its lifespan? If so, by how much? I am getting DDR400 memory soon, and I am wondering if I can overclock it to higher speeds without trading off too much of its lifespan.

Overclocking the ram speed won't really reduce the lifespan at all.

Raising the voltage is what will reduce a memorys lifespan.
