Memory Not Working ????

I am building a new computer and hardware is

MOBO: Intel Desktop D875PBZ.
Processor: Intel P4 3.2 GHz
RAM: BuffaloTech 333 MHz CC 2.5 Non-ECC Unbuffered 2X512 MB (Dual Channel)
PSU: Allied AL-A400ATX.
HD: WD 250 GB SATA Hard Drive
AGP: ATI Radeon All-in-Wonder 9600
Sound Card: Sound Blaster Audigy 2


When I switch on the fans spin for 1 sec and stop...no POST.
If I remove the memory then it is fine, fans spin continously

That means is there some problem with my memory.

I appreciate any ideas.
