I've got the Striker board, but same chipset, which I chose over yours for various reasons. Both boards have been favored after testing in reviewer-site labs. There are apparently other reasons that customer reviews (as opposed to those I already mentioned), have been mixed about the Striker board.
I was somewhat stunned that your board's spec shows "DDR2-1200." How does the "Auto" feature work on your board? What speed does it assign? Have you checked OCZ's web-site for board-compatibility?
I assume you've set the latencies manually to the default OCZ values. You should be able to get a decent over-clock 1:1 [QDR : 2 x DDR] to 1336 FSB and 668 DDR.
Set the memory voltage to above the middle of the OCZ's warranty range, or at least 0.1V lower than the upper limit.
IF the board is automatically picking a divider to run your C2D at stock 1067 while running your memory 25% faster, try choosing a memory speed manually -- specifically 533 Mhz unless you want to overclock the processor. I do not guarantee that it will post at that speed, but it should. Otherwise, you would have to choose your own divider to run the memory at 800, and enter the numbers in the same way for 1066 FSB and 800 DDR2.
