Other than Adata, Crucial, Patriot and Samsung who else actually manufactures and fabs their own DIMMS and SODIMMS? It's a bit astonishing that all the others just acquire and slap some flashy heat fins on the flash and then toss is over to marketing to do their magic.
 
patriot and adata do not make their own nand flash,

Samsung, Crucial/Micron/Intel, Hynix, Elpida, Toshiba is about all their is

NAND is not DIMMs (DRAM) but it was OP who mixed them together so I understand why you did as well. Micron and Elpida merged. Crucial and Lexar are merely subsidiaries of Micron.

I'm sure Toshiba's fab business is a joint venture with Sandisk.

We were talking about DIMMs, not NAND, but OP did get them mixed up... so yes, Sandisk/Toshiba jointly produce flash.
