memory low in xp using memturbo

Hi, reboot after few hours.
wihtout doing anything heavy.

i clicked on Memturbo II
it said my Free Physical Memory = 80MB

i have 256MB PC133 ram
using WinXP pro

not doing anything in the back. just ICQ

what should i usually have?

and i remember in WIn98 i have to set the MinFileSize and MaxFilesize(cache) by myself
but i haven't into it when using XP.
do i have to do it myself?

why do my memory always fall that low?
