I've been forgetting a lot things and I'm only in my mid 20s. How does one prevent memory loss or improve memory?

I read about a good preventative method somewhere, but I forget where it was...

Get enough sleep and in recent news I heard that working out more often improves memory as well.

Stop using anti-perspirant deoderant. That aluminum zirconium is causing your problem.

i do the same, i put it down to being overly busy though, and having a mind that is easily distracted.

but most of the time its that i just dont actively think when doing little things like il come in, and put my phone down somewhere, without really thinking...jus subconciously throwing it somewhere.

then 10 mins later ill be like WTF! where is my phone and ill turn the whole room upside down looking for it because i couldnt remember where i put it. same with reciepts and everything.

if it is getting serious, get it checked out STAT. One of my co-workers started to forget stuff and she had one of the worst types of brain cancer at age 36.

maybe you've been hit in the head by something a bit too hard.

maybe you live in an apartment building with druggies (which live under you) who have a meth lab or something else which produces toxic vapors.

Smart and stinky
or
Dumb and pleasant

Women tend to go for the latter ;)

(Not that there is any substance behind your claim given that hundreds of millions of people use anti-antiperspirant.)

Care to provide us with some peer-reviewed research results from a medical journal that would cause this much memory loss?

i'm 24 and i'm having a short term memory loss too. I think it's caused by me graduating college a year ago so no more critical thinking and my job is extremely easy.
