i've built a new system with 2GB DDR2 800MHZ Dual Channel kit
the kit is 5-5-5-15
is there alot of difference for a system that runs at stock speed?

my system is:

Antec SONATA II 450W

No.

You could benchmark and determine there is a difference, but it's in the realm of statistical insignificance and certainly not perceptable (4-4-4-12 being slightly faster).

Unnoticeable is the very important description. Sure, you'll get maybe a fraction of a point or more on a synthetic benchmark but will you notice it in real life? Ripping, encoding, gaming? Nope.
