Memory Issues

Running an XP 1700+ with 384MB of ram that I built 4 or so years ago that has been flawless, perhaps a reformat once or twice but recently (past month or so) my memory has exhausted within 15 or so mins. All I am running is some online poker, music, AIM, nothing too strenuous. I've scanned for viruses and adware with no luck, any ideas?

Maybe the ram is on it's way to failing? Maybe running a memory test program could determine that.

Or it's possible the programs you are running now are poorly written and have a memory leak in them. If you are running XP on 384mb of ram, it wouldn't take too long to use it up since XP uses a lot of memory.
