I currently have 2x512 OCZ performance RAM in a Abit NF7 w/ 2500+@3200+
I was never overly anal about the OC etc, but now am going to try to OC a new 3000+ using this RAM. However I started poking around with CPU-Z and it seems I have 2 different revisions of this perf. RAM: Rev2 and Rev3

Both are listed as capable of 2-3-3-6 timings per their specs, but in CPUz Rev2 is showing 2-3-3-6 and Rev3 is showing 2.5-3-3-6 timings and the overall is then 3-3-3-6 at 1:1 at 199.5Mhz FSB.

Now I was reading and it seems AMD64s take a dive on 3T. Is this correct? Will I have issues reaching a good/stable OC with these mis-matched sticks?

Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks!

no, you shouldnt have a problem. just try to get them at the same latency, and disable 2t command.

cool thanks
Got a bit worried when I saw that and am praying I dont need new RAM. Hopefully in the DFI things will all show up at their proper 2-3-3-6
I forsee some dividers in my future, I know the RAM isn't the best but money is my limiting factor in this OC :)

You don't need the exact same RAM (no 2 sticks are exactly alike no matter what those package marketing people say to you) you just need 2 similar RAM. And "similar" is a pretty loose version of that word.
