Memory: Is 2 x 512mb better the 1 x 1024mb ??

Is the 2 sticks of 512 better the 1 stick of 1024 ??..The system is a A64 3200 1 meg, DFI NF3, so dual channel is not a question

yeah i would say it would be, in most cases unless you plan on getting another 1gb stick

Why would he buy that, its not any faster than what hes got, DC doesnt affect performance on A64, not to mention that 3200+ is no faster if not slower than his 3200+.

I haven't been able to find a TwinX 2GB with 2-2-2-5 timings
Is there one out there?

or do I have to go separate sticks one by one
