Memory information in system tray for win2k?

Does anyone know of software (free) that displays both megs of memory available and cpu usage (in %) in the system tray? Kinda like how MBM shows the heat in the system tray?

It has to work on win2k.

i always just use the task manager in win2k. right click on the task bar and go to task manager

Try TClockEx. The link is to version 1.4, personally I still use 1.3 due to the fact there's a glitch in 1.4.2 that won't let you change the memory bar color.
