Memory identification

I am going to EBay a load of old bits and have some loose memory that I cannot identify.
Basically its so old I have forgotten what it is. Does anyone know of a site where I can
download information to help identify what various memory is. Some is EDO and SDRAM
but I have no idea what size it is or the make of the chips etc.
