memory identification

is there a program or something anyone knows that i could use to find out exactly what my memory is? I know it's crucial 512 MB DDR, but i want to get a second stick for my Nforce2 Mobo, and i heard it's good to get 2 sticks exactly the same. Anyone know how I can find out the rest of the information?

Couldn't you take it out and look at the sticker on the stick? A program called CPU-Z will give some info but I don't remember how much it tells you about the ram.
