I need memory for a asus P6X58D-e and I would like to know what you think about these. the cpu is a i7 920 and I want to overclock the system.

I would buy either the F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI or the F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI, based on speed and voltage ratings.
