Memory Frequency Seems locked at 100Mhz in CPU-Z??

Hi,

I've got the following setup:

Asrock 775Dual-VSTA
Pentium D 945 3.40Mhz
2 x 1Gb Crucial Ballistix DDR2 667Mhz
Nvidia gforce 6600GT AGP

For some reason the Memory Frequency Seems to be stuck on 100Mhz??

I've tried changing the FSB of the CPU to 266 which causes the PC not to boot, I've also tried setting the Memory Frequency from manual to 333Mhz and no joy?

Can someone help?!
