Memory frequencies halfed since mobo change

I noticed yesterday in CPU-Z that my RAM frequencies are running at half speed, and I think it's because I changed my motherboard/CPU a few weeks ago.
Is there anyway to make them run at proper speeds again? I've never really played around with RAM, so don't know much about it..

I'm using a Gigabyte Z68 and a 2500K. The RAM modules are 4x2gb Kingston, 2 of them 1066 and the other set 1333.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

For DDR(2,3) the data rate is double the frequency - hence Double Data Rate. Your frequency should actually be half the RAM speed, either 533 or 667.
That being said, I don't use CPU-Z, so I don't know which value it is supposed to show.

Check your BIOS settings and look for your RAM frequency. If you are seeing 333, then you do have a problem.

I noticed this with my RAM as well. The BIOS will display the number you are expecting, but CPU-Z will show the frequency. I believe it is as LurchFrinky has said.

I see, so there's no problem? CPU-Z displays exactly half of the actual RAM speed, so I guess not. I just hadn't noticed it before I upgraded the motherboard, so figured something was up. Thanks for the feedback!
