i'm looking for a memory upgrade for a very pentium 75 pc with soyo 033a2 motherboard.

following the manual, i'd need 72-pin fastpage parity simms.
built in are non-parity (kmm5321200aw-7) and it works.

would be happy if anyone knows which type to use
parity -- non-parity
fastpage - edo - sdram

thanks

The "built-in" (not actually built-in but socketed) chips are the level-2 cache (static ram chips) the required SIMMS are 72-pin, Parity, 70ns or faster, Fast Page DRAM - NOT EDO! The memory table on pg. 13 shows the allowed configs. Why put any money into this ancient woofer???
