Memory for my Asus A8N-sli Deluxe will DDR 333 ( pc 2700) work

I have an unopened stick of this memory pqi POWER Series 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 333 (PC 2700) I wonder if the will work in my system?
I have yet to buy my processor. Should I sell this or use it..

It'll work fine. I'd rather run DDR400 dual channel though.

Thanks for the reply I was use the memory untill i get a bit more money and upgrade it.
