Memory for E8400 + GA-P35-DS3L

I have a really hard time suggesting 2x1 GB when 2x2 GB is so cheap.

That is a very good Mushkin kit; it'll clock way past DDR2-900 speeds easily.

I'd suggest something like this Geil. $75 AR

That'll also have no trouble doing that speed or better, just make sure you keep in mind TRFC might need to be set a bit looser to go really high.

Hmm, sounds like the mushkin kit has a few more success stories with overclocking than the geil. I've heard of Mushkin before but not of Geil I'll look into stretching my budget for 4gb I suppose.
