Memory for Dell 700m

Any schmuck knows not to purchase memory configured with your system for Dell laptops, but my question is one regarding price.

Someone in a post long long ago said that you can get a 1GB RAM stick for Dell 700m for under $120.

Best price I could find was $134,

is this a good price or can I find better?
