Memory for Core 2 6400

I am putting together a new system as my xp 3800 died today.
I want to buy the memory from Newegg since I am getting everything else from there.
However I might go with the Ballistix from ZZF instead, but that is the only other option.

Of these what is the best overall choice for an Asus 965 board.

1. Crucial Ballistix $270 from ZZF
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820144028
for $275 shipped
3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820150054
$275
4. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820609026
$304. Bit too much, but will consider.

Thanks bought that memory after looking into it some more.

Now that I have saved a few bucks on the memory do I go with the E6600 instead?
I don't game much, mostly video conversion (x264, etc).
My thought is that the E6600 might match better with that memory since the OC's will
match better.
Still $100 is a nice savings for the 6400.
Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Mark
