memory for Asus P5B

After much thought I think I am going to build my new system using the asus P5B board it seems to spec out best with my current budget. My last big concern is I need at least 4 GBS of memory, and am not sure what to get. The last time I built a system I bought the memory in a retail store so I knew I was getting a matched set (serials ran consecutively) this time around I am going to be buying the memory online so I am going to have to buy at least 2 sets, and well The 2 sets will be the same brand and model I would appreciate if anyone can tell me if that will affect the pairing of the set once I install it in my MB. I could also use some recommendations on what brand and model memory would be best to use. I was thinking about using Corsair TWIN2X2048-5400C4 2GB DDR2-675 XMS2-5400 Its seems like good memory for the price, but I am not sure if thats the way to go or not so advice on memory would be most helpful.

So far my new system specs go like this. The case, power supply, and CPU are the only things I have ordered so far. Please feel free to let me know what you think.
