PC2-4200 with Cas Latency: 3-2-2-8, Bandwidth: 4.2GB/s
PC-5400 with Cas Latency: 4-4-4-12, Bandwidth: 5.4GB/s

You must use DDR2 with that board. Usually boards using Intel's 9xx chipsets require DDR2, while some companies add in DDR support for the 915 series.
Therfore, you must get the PC2-4200.
