Hi Guys,

I have one of these board on the way & I was hoping someone could tell me if the stick of sdram I have will work in it or not...

here it is:
Apacer
p/n: 71.73323.115
128MB UNB PC100 w/infineon chips
8 chips/side + 1 really tiny chip on one side.

On the intel site, it says I need
16Mx64, non-ecc, unbuffered ram

Thx!

Oops - forgot another thing...

If this stick will work - will it also work in combination with the 32MB dimm that's coming with the board?

Thanks again!

I successfully use a Kingston Valueram PC-100 128mb DIMM in my Intel 810 chipset motherboard (a Soyo Sy7-IWM/L) It also worked fine with a generic 128 MB PC-100 DIMM from Accessmicro, and a 64MB Kingston Valueram PC-100 DIMM. I was surprised the other day, though, when I tried a Kingston Valueram PC-133 128 MB DIMM and it did not work!! You should be okay with PC-100. Which processor are you going to run in it? My Soyo board is NOT an overclocker and I run a celeron 366 at default. Good Luck.
