Memory for 6320 and P5B Plus

What would be a good RAM to overclock a 6320 (or 4300) with a P5B Plus board.

I am not familiar with RAM and would rather spend more if that can prevent me from getting into trouble.

I would like to stick to name brands like Corsair or OCZ
