Memory foam pillow

I'd recommend getting a memory foam pillow with a core made of another, more solid material.

I purchased 2 (not exactly like the ones you linked) and, although they started out fine, by the end of the night they would be too flat to be effective. I ended up stuffing them myself with polyester.

I had one a many years ago, and while it did support my head well, it made me very hot and sweaty at night. It also "broke down" very easily and it was not a long time before the foam was in pieces.

I tried a memory foam pillow, but did not like it. It did not age well. It lost its memory after a while.

My mom got me a great pillow. It is filled with buckwheat husks. I love the way it supports my neck and head. If I knew where to find one, I'd get another.

I have 3 memory foam pillows.

First one was a large Tempur-Pedic which still works fine(had it about 10 years). And last March I got a couple of less expensive memory foam tube style filled with chips of memory foam and they are much more configurable. One way or another with the 3 I am always able to get comfortable. 🙂

I got one for Christmas. It is amazing. I sleep much better now. The only downside is that after I first wake up in the morning, I always roll onto my stomach (I don't know why) and they aren't comfortable for sleeping like that. But they are vastly superior to regular cotton stuffing pillow which get all bunvhy and don't stay fluffed.

Sure they are. You just have to get a regular shaped one instead of contoured. This is what I have and it's wonderful. My GF has taken to stealing it from me during the night.

I personally wouldn't get a contour pillow, since they are made for certain positions.

I got one at Sam's club a year ago and it has been the best pillow I've ever had. It's not the contour type but it is memory foam. Even after a year it is nice and solid and has not started fallling apart. I've had back problems in the past and this pillow had alleviated some of the problems with a good sleeping posture. Well worth the money.

I have both a memory foam and buckwheat husk. While both are great, I primarily use the memory foam one. The buckwheat is too noisy as you roll around.

i got my fiance one that is a regular pillow shape.. i love it and always steal it.. she's had it for about a year and all is well.. different brand though... and not the contour one.. my friend told me that the contour ones are not very comfortable..
