System specs-
Q6600 @ 3.0GHz 9x333
MSI P6N FI SLI board
MSI 9600GT
2GB Corsair PC6400 running at 1:1 default voltages 1T command rate
500 Watt PS

I get a error that says something like cannot address memory location xxxxxxx or something like that. Only happens playing HL2. No problems in COD4 or video encoding using all 4 cores at 100%. Any idea what is wrong? The memory is only running at 666 so I don't think that is a problem. But it happened the last 2 times I've played.

Is your overclock completely stable? I would cut it back to stock, and if the problem doesn't occur I would suggest bumping up voltage, loosening memory timings or other neat overclocking stability tricks. HL2 is cpu intensive and might trigger such errors.
