Memory dump errors-HELP

Hi. I installed the Epox 8k3a with no problems and booted up fine. I went to install Windows 2000 but towards the end of the installation I received a memory dump error and the system restarted. I flashed the board to the latest bios and it installed fine. Following the installation of windows, I use the CD to installthe VIa 4 in 1 driverm, usb and sound driver, and after a manual restart, the systems began receiving memory dump crashes after I opened only a few apps. I tried to reflash but it only redid about 3/4 of it, the rest said it didn't need the update (WHich it technically didn't). Any help? Thankx in adavce.
