Memory doesn't seem to be setup right...

Hello all,

I just recently completed a minor upgrade - I installed an Abit SA6R (815e chipset), a 128 meg stick of Kingmax TinyBGA 150 mhz memory, and a PIII 700 OC'd to 933, and all this is while running Windows ME.

I then downloaded the latest Sisoft Sandra, and proceeded to run some benchmarks. Well, everything looked pretty much like it should, the benches all showed my system rating right below a 1 gig PIII, except for one small problem, the memory. I forgot to bring the exact scores into work today, but mine scored 187 ALU and 189 FPU, something like that. As a basis for comparison, the lowest system on the list, a Celeron 600 on a BX board scored 225 on this test. The memory benchmarks for my system were the lowest of the systems listed. Any ideas on why this is? My machine is running the memory at 133 mhz, at CAS 2, and all this on a brand new install of ME. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jeb
