Memory divider problem

Hi, I am using a Gigabyte 965p-ds3 monitor together with a intel q9550 cpu and 4gb corsair twinx 8500 ram.
I run the cpu at 370*8.5=3145Mhz, which is working fine.

The problem is my ram. I set the bios divider to 3x fsb, so 3x370=1110Mhz.
However, when i check the speeds in cpu-z and other programs, it reports the ram is only running at 740Mhz (Which is 370*2).

Can someone help me with this?
Thanks in advance.
