I am trying to find out the specs on some DRAM chips that I have. The part number on them is 412C1200T-60. The trademark appears to be a QC or QE. I have checked several memory cross reference sites and can not find this chip anywhere. I specifically want to know if it is EDO and it's size.
Does anyone have any ideas on where to track this sucker down?
