Memory Compatibility?

I'm buying parts for a new system, and I'm looking at the Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R (Link). I saw some OCZ memory for sale on newegg, but I'm not sure if it's compatible with the mobo. Gigabyte has a list of Qualified Vendors, and the only OCZ model listed for DDR2 800 is actually a 1066 model. Will the memory on newegg work with this board? Thanks for the help.
