it says that 512 corsair value select- vss12mb400 WORKS
would this 2x 1gb dual channel kit work?-VS2GBKIT400C3

The Corsair VS512MB400 meets Asus's test requirements at DDR400 only as a single module or in a set of four, not two. You might want to think about a pair of these: ooOOooo, and they just knocked $6 off the price for a one-day sale too :Q I run a pair of those on my A8N-E at 2.7 volts, stock speed.

edit: dang! two Crucials are cheaper than the 2 x 1GB ValueSelect

k thnx. i was gonna get corsair or crucial anyway . i sorta don't wanna run the risk of not having dual channel bc it's not a "kit"...but its probalby jsut a marketing tactic to overcharge us...

Corsair Value WRKS 2 x 512MB I know.

2 x of what I have now In my specs(samsung TCCQ)Wrks. It will even Take cheap stuff...lol
