Microcenter here in Dallas has 1 Gb Kingston set (400Mhz DDR, PC3200, 512Mb each) for $49.99 after rebate. I'm assuming this would work with the Chaintech board referenced in summary, but can't find any details through Chaintech or Kingston to corroborate. Also, details on back of Kingston package talk only about Intel. I have AMD 64 3000+. I've never run across the idea that a module will work for an Intel and not an AMD board, but I'm no expert.
Anyone know whether I can use this memory?
