I'm wondering if anyone knows what setting would actually be faster overall
155mhz at cas3 or 142 at cas2???
 
Hm... Tough to say... You'd have to try it out to be sure, but I would be inclined to think the 155MHz@CAS3, since you'll also be running the rest of your system at a higher FSB.
