Seeing as how memory prices seem to have hit a new low recently, I want to buy a new 512 mb stick of PC3200. Which is the better deal?

Googlegear's 72 hour special on corsair c2 (2-3-3-6) for 99+tax
Kingston HyperX (2-2-2-6) at Newegg or Googlegear for 109+tax
Geil pc3200 (2-3-3-6) at Newegg for 101+tax

I wanted to get the Kingston for its better timings, but it seems to be constantly out of stock, but the other two are cheaper. What do you all think?

Likely 3200.
Newegg has a HyperX 512MB 2-2-2-6-1T PC3200 out of stock (and no wonder, at $103!), and the PC3500 they show has 2-3-3-7-1T.

Especially given the timings...Kingston. Likely googlegear and the egg will have it back within days (Tuesday is the ETA at Newegg).

Are all sticks 512mb PC3200?

Corsair = Kingston > Geil

I'd go for the Corsair just for the prices.

If the Corsair PC3200C2 still uses 6ns WinBond chips, I'd go for the Kingston. I don't know how to find this out though, ten bucks is worth the security.
