These are the two best memorys on the market, period - end of discussion.

I am running the Samsung on my KX7-333, after having had Crucial in it.
I actually DO NOT see any improvement of the Samsung over the Crucial,
and am undecided as to whether to risk adding more Samsung or switch back to Crucial.

I've always run Crucial before, several different systems with Crucial - solid as a rock, but this is my first go at Samsung -
and I've had unexpected systems start problems that I have never had before. Still playing & undecided - time will tell.

If you are going with Samsung get the CTL, it seems to overclock better than the DTL marking. Check this out!
But both memos seems to be pretty good.
I got a Mushkin PC2700, works pretty darn good for me, but I still on KT266A.

Good luck!

Are your start problems related to your Samsung you think?

Thanks both for your reply's, Im going to read that link.

What kind of FSB are you guy's at? I've seen people pushing the FSB to like the 160's and dropping the multip. Thats what i'd like to do. But I'll get into that later i guess.

Thanks again

EDIT: i guess i should add (if you havent guessed) that I'm looking for OC'ing ability, i dont know to much about DDR

I have had randon start issues since I switched to Samsung where I get a BLACK screen, and nothing posts. I have to clear the BIOS
and re-enter at default to set the operating system, then on that subsequent restart I can re-enter the BIOS and turn the features
back on. I didn't have this happen with the Crucial, it is a random event since I went to the Samsung. I get a little aggressive with the
vcore and DDR voltage, but not as severe as I could run the Crucial. I NEVER had this happen in over 5 months with Crucial.

The KX7-333 has SPD auto-detect, and sets up the dividers and the RAM to the 166 which turns on the memory at 333. I'm going to
add more memory and see if it stavilizes with a larger memory volume.

Bubba tRaptor - fix your link by putting [L= ] before the string
and [/L ] after the string (I had to put a space into the command to prevent it from activating, so leave the space out)

Well from what im seeing Corsair is the best and Mushkin is right behind it. I think i'll go with the Mushkin casue the few extra points on some benchmarks dosent make me wanan spend more to ge thte Corsair.

Im sure I'll be very happy with this stuff.
