Memory chips on X800 Pro ViVo

I just read that different brands of the X800 Pro ViVo cards use different chips on their cards. Is this true? I was reading a review of an ELSA X800 Pro and the author was saying he was glad that his chips were the 1.6ns Samsung versions instead of the 2.0ns versions. I would have thought that all the ViVo chips would be the same, but hey, maybe I'm wrong.

So to clear this up, can someone tell me which brands/cards use which chips, or do they all use the same chips?? How can you tell the difference??

What do the Sapphire X800 Pro ViVo's have on them??

All of the VIVO cards use 1.6ns ram I believe. The non VIVO cards us 2.0 or 2.2ns ram can't remember if its 2.0 or 2.2 though.
